About Me

I am Lancelot Ebegbulem, an Ex-Soldier, a public health professional, healthcare practitioner, and social impact advocate with several years of experience in health service delivery, community engagement, and development work in Nigeria. I hold a Higher National Diploma in Environmental Health Technology and have built my career across public health practice, nursing care, and health program coordination, with a strong focus on underserved and vulnerable populations.

I have served in various leadership and technical roles, including as Head of the Public Health Department at a military medical facility and as a Routine Immunization service provider. My professional experience covers environmental health, primary healthcare, infection prevention, community sensitization, and health systems support. I also manage and support community-based initiatives, including HIV support groups and women-focused health programs.

Beyond clinical and public health work, I am a digital health creator and content strategist, using media platforms to educate, advocate, and mobilize support around health, gender equity, and social development. I am the project supervisor of SheEnabled, an initiative that empowers women and girls in underserved communities through education, skills training, and advocacy.

Driven by purpose and service, I am passionate about creating sustainable health and social impact through collaboration, leadership, and evidence-based interventions.

My Social Impacts

Pad A Girl Project (Menstrual Health Awareness)

The Pad A Girl Project is a menstrual health initiative focused on promoting dignity, health, and confidence among adolescent girls. The program involved menstrual health education, open discussions to break stigma, and the distribution of sanitary pads to girls in underserved communities. The initiative helped improve awareness on proper menstrual hygiene, reduced misconceptions, and supported girls to attend school with confidence during their menstrual periods.
